A Full Length Relaxation CD consists of 5 tracks:
• The same two Relaxation sessions found on this site.
• One, 20-minute Relaxation Session. It includes mental visualization of a favorite place.
• Two, five minute each, Relaxation Sessions. One has background music – Beethoven’s Moon Light sonata, and the other without background music.
