    How are you? Since I learned about your website and about your relaxation recordings, I practice them a few times a day. Although I've never met you, I listen to your recordings every day. You tell me to close my eyes, to make a fist, and then to open my fist, to be in a healing pool and I obey you like a little child, (I am 75 years old). The problem is that my wife complains that I listen to you more then I listen to her. I am joking of course; she also likes to listen to you.
